Trinetra AI CRM — Effective Date: May 2026

Please read carefully before purchasing any plan.

1. Subscription & Billing

  • Billing is done on prepaid basis — payment required before service activation.
  • All plans are available in Monthly, Quarterly, Half-Yearly, and Annual durations.
  • GST @ 18% is applicable on all plans and services.
  • Contract period: 12 months from date of activation.
  • Billing is on monthly basis. Payment must be made within 30 days from date of invoice.

2. Included Features (All Plans)

3. Credits Policy

  • 1 Credit = ₹1. Credits are used across OBD, Missed Call, SMS, and Chatbot services.
  • All credits are valid for 1 month only from the date of activation.
  • Unused credits lapse automatically at the end of each monthly billing cycle — no carry-forward.
  • Extra recharge is required after usage limit is reached.
  • 18% GST is applicable on all recharges and plan purchases.
  • Credits cannot be transferred, exchanged, or refunded under any circumstances.

4. Extra Usage Charges

  • Extra usage charges apply when included credits are exhausted.
  • SMS, WhatsApp, OBD Voice, and Missed Call services have separate per-unit charges.
  • All extra usage charges are subject to 18% GST.
  • Charges are deducted from your wallet balance automatically.
  • For current per-unit rates, contact our support team.
  • Recording retention beyond 2 months attracts additional charges.

5. Outbound Dialer (OBD / Voice Message) Service Terms

  • OBD voice calls are billed per 30 seconds. If voice duration exceeds 30 seconds, it is counted twice.
  • 1 Year validity on purchased OBD credits.
  • Voice calls work for both DND and Non-DND numbers.
  • Supports multiple languages — send voice messages to different regions.
  • Bulk voice messages can only be sent between 9:00 AM and 9:00 PM as per TRAI regulations.
  • Instant broadcast — send voice messages to multiple mobile users simultaneously.
  • Schedule voice campaigns — broadcast at your preferred time.
  • Instant delivery reports available for all broadcast voice messages.
  • Voice files require admin approval before use in campaigns — approval may take 24–48 hours.
  • OBD campaigns once launched cannot be refunded even if cancelled midway.
  • Misuse of OBD for spam, fraud, or TRAI/DOT non-compliance will result in immediate account termination without refund.
  • Commercial rates may change based on market dynamics or regulatory guideline changes.

6. Missed Call Marketing Service Terms

  • Missed Call service includes up to 2,00,000 missed calls per month (CPS limit: 10 calls per second).
  • Unused missed call quota at end of month will lapse — no carry-forward to next month.
  • One-time development/setup charge applies as per plan selected.
  • Services can be terminated with 30 days prior written notice.
  • Trinetra AI reserves the right to terminate without notice if services are used against agreed business purpose or regulatory norms.
  • Call success rate is not guaranteed — varies based on telecom network POI (Point of Interconnect) conditions.
  • Network availability targeted at 99% for submission/attempt.
  • Service provider is not liable for any consequential, indirect, or economic loss including loss of profits.
  • Recording retention: 2 months standard. Additional charges for extended retention.
  • GST 18% applicable extra on all charges.
  • All regulatory compliances (NDNC) must be completed before service provisioning.
  • Messaging solution is hosted on cloud — no on-premise hardware or dedicated link will be installed.
  • Contract period: 12 months from activation. Billing on monthly basis.

⚠️ Refund & Cancellation Policy

  • NO REFUND POLICY: All payments made to Trinetra AI are strictly non-refundable.
  • NO MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE: We do not offer any money-back guarantee on any plan, credit pack, or add-on.
  • Subscriptions once activated cannot be cancelled for a refund.
  • In case of technical failure from our side, credit compensation may be offered at our sole discretion — no cash refund.
  • Chargebacks or payment disputes will result in immediate account suspension.
  • Plan upgrades are allowed anytime. Downgrades take effect from next billing cycle — no partial refund.
  • Accounts terminated due to violation of terms will not be eligible for any refund.

7. General Terms

  • Billing is on monthly basis. Payment must be made within 30 days from date of invoice.
  • Trinetra AI reserves the right to modify pricing and features with 15 days prior notice.
  • Misuse of platform including spam, illegal activities, or API abuse will result in immediate termination without refund.
  • Trinetra AI is not liable for indirect, consequential, or economic losses including loss of profits.
  • These terms are governed by laws of India. Disputes subject to jurisdiction of courts in Indore, Madhya Pradesh.
  • By purchasing any plan, you agree to these Terms & Conditions in full.
