Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. No Refund Policy

• ✕All subscription payments are non-refundable once processed.
• ✕Credit packs once purchased cannot be refunded under any circumstances.
• ✕Add-on modules once activated are non-refundable.
• ✕Setup charges (CRM, WhatsApp, OBD, Missed Call) are one-time non-refundable charges.
• ✕No refund will be issued if you fail to use the services during your subscription period.
• ✕No refund for unused credits or unused features.

2. Cancellation Policy

• •You may cancel your subscription at any time — cancellation takes effect from the next billing cycle.
• •No refund will be issued for the current billing period upon cancellation.
• •Services remain active until the end of the paid subscription period.
• •To cancel, email support@trinetraaisolutions.com with subject "Cancel Subscription".
• •Account data will be retained for 90 days after cancellation, after which it will be permanently deleted.

3. Exceptions (Credit Compensation Only)

In the following cases, we may offer credit compensation (not cash refund) at our sole discretion:

• ✓Verified technical failure on our platform that prevented service use for more than 48 continuous hours.
• ✓Double charging due to payment gateway error (excess amount will be refunded or credited).
• ✓Service not delivered due to our error (credits will be compensated).

Note: Credit compensation requests must be raised within 7 days of the incident via email.

4. Account Termination

• ✕Accounts terminated due to violation of Terms & Conditions are not eligible for any refund.
• ✕Chargebacks or payment disputes filed with your bank will result in immediate account suspension.
• ✕We reserve the right to terminate accounts found engaging in spam, fraud, or illegal activities without refund.
